So excited and thankful to do this interview with YMag today about my spread in their top 10 women to watch segment đđ±đđ
Like holy smokes , thinking about it now ..Â
I just got up this morning, spent the day hanging out with a friend âworkingâÂ
Filmed an interviewÂ
Played with dogs đ¶Â
And that was work today đ€Â
Itâs not work every day tho ...Â
Shar Moore asked for the biggest lesson Ive had growing my businessÂ
As someone who has worked in cold sales for a long time, grown an MLM business and cured myself from bipolar & BPDÂ
Iâd say I have a decent amount of grit and openness towards challengesÂ
Most challenges are just a game to me, an opportunity to creatively fix something or figure something outÂ
But the biggest lesson I had came from the realisation that there will ALWAYS be a new challengeÂ
A new problemÂ
A new thing not working properlyÂ
A new roadblockÂ
You canât close salesÂ
Challenges with tech or paid advertisingÂ
Challenges with team building or clientsÂ
Strangers are bullying youÂ
Screwed your tax upÂ
Went into business with someone who ripped you offÂ
You get the gist ..
All the problemsÂ
All the shapes and sizesÂ
And all never endingÂ
And possibly thatâs why I love itÂ
It's stressful and exhaustingÂ
At the same time exhilarating and energisingÂ
To think that everything will be perfect after we just fix that one thing is naive, there will always be a new challengeÂ
Thats the beauty of it,Â
Brick by brick you're building & creating this incredible thing, changing lives, that's no small featÂ
Being able to embrace the suck
Enjoy the challengesÂ
Have fun with itÂ
Is going to be the most valuable mindset shift anyone on this journey can haveÂ
